Terms of Service

1. Publisher
Loadia (the "App") is published by Init Consulting, head office 11 passage Marivaux, 77185 Lognes, France, SIRET 913 339 362 00018, registered with the RCS of Meaux (SIREN 913 339 362), VAT FR25913339362, represented by Chedli Ben Hassine ("we", "us"). Contact: contact@initconseil.com.
2. Acceptance
By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
3. The service
Loadia lets you log, rate, review, and organise the video games you play, and (where available) share activity and follow other members. The core experience is free. Loadia is provided "as is"; we may change, suspend, or discontinue features.
4. Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 13 years old, and if you are under 15 and reside in France, have your parent's or guardian's consent. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you create (reviews, lists, comments). You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host and display that content solely to operate the App. You are responsible for your content and must not post anything unlawful, infringing, hateful, harassing, or otherwise objectionable. We may remove content or suspend accounts that breach these Terms.
Game titles, cover art, and metadata are the property of their respective rights holders and are used for identification and cataloguing purposes.
6. Loadia Plus subscription
- Loadia Plus is an auto-renewable subscription offered at €19.99/year or €2.99/month (prices shown in the App reflect your local App Store price).
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings; we cannot cancel it for you. Refunds are handled by Apple under its terms.
- Use of the App is also subject to Apple's standard EULA: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to: misuse or attempt to breach the App's security; reverse engineer it except as permitted by law; scrape or overload it; impersonate others; or use it for any unlawful purpose.
8. Intellectual property
The App, its design, code, and trademarks ("Loadia") are owned by Init Consulting and protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any rights in them beyond using the App.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The App is provided without warranty to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under French law (including for death, personal injury, or fraud). Subject to that, our liability for the free service is limited to the extent permitted by law; for the paid subscription, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
10. Termination
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by French law. For consumers, mandatory protections of your country of residence still apply. In case of a dispute, you may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr) or a French consumer mediator before going to court. The competent courts are those designated by applicable law.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified in the App before taking effect; continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
